McIntyre's Competitive Rag Build - Indepth Burninator

While rag as fallen off recently I still find him to be an incredibly powerful hero that provides great followup and waveclear, with an incredibly powerful defensive ability with his passive molten core. Maps like Infernal Shrines, Tomb of the Spider Queen, Dragon Shire which involve waveclear are some of the best for this guy.
Great for waveclearing in the early game as it allows you to 1 shot waves from Level 1 which hasn't always been the case. This scales well with later talents we choose.
This talent allows for you to duel in the early and late game as you slow the enemy and allow yourself to chase after them. I'd suggest to connect this slow before you try to ult/w as it makes it much easier to connect both.
I've tested all of these talents at this tier and the q CDR still feels the best of the 3 as you can still get tons of sustain achieved
Too powerful not to take, follows up tank cc or can be used to target backline
Can be used to generate huge shields if you position aggressively and the other team has no way to peel you off of them.

Tech Choice: Resilient Flame can be taken if the other team has heavy cc or 1 shot to provide the armor for the burst
Pairs nicely with all your other e talents, providing slow/burst/shield.

Tech Talent: If the enemy has high healthpool tanks that group Q can be nice to shred their HP
Better siege, better defense, just a good talent

Tech Talent:
Submerge can be strong if the enemy team is trying to oneshot you and you use it as a iceblock
Balance Patch - 8/8/17
