Hyper-carry Illidan build

WARNING: This hero has a very high skill cap.

This build is really strong when you have an Aba or Uther who can enable Illidan. Though even without an enabler, one of the few heroes that can actually 1v5.
15
Justicar's Vengeance
Focuses Holy energy to deliver a powerful weapon strike that deals 8,554 Holy damage, and restores health equal to the damage done. Damage is increased by 50% when used against a stunned target.
The carry tool. IMO too strong for a level 1 talent.
30
Inquisition
Consumes up to 3 Holy Power to increase your damage done and Haste by 7%. Lasts 15 seconds per Holy Power consumed.
The quest completion is important to get more level 1 value. Almost 100% uptime on Battered Assault. Synergy with level 1 and 4.
45
Twist of Fate
After healing a target below 35% health, you deal 20% increased damage and 20% increased healing for 10 seconds.
Synergy with level 1. Even vs AA heores, the increased self heal is too strong to even consider the block talent.
60
Wellspring
Creates a surge of water that flows forward, healing friendly targets in a wide arc in front of you for 10,050.
Can be used to dodge CC or even escape. The HP burst you get for using on enemies, can sometimes mean the difference between Carry and Feed.
75
Deathbolt
Launches a bolt of death at the target, dealing 30% of the total remaining damage of your damage over time effects on the target.
Illidan's main killer is spell burst damage. 75% damage decrease on 2 abilities is very helpful for survival.
90
Siphon Life
Siphons the target's life essence, dealing 7,011 Shadow damage over 15 seconds and healing you for 30% of the damage done.
You don't need to hit 5 heroes with the same Sweeping Strike. It stores charges, at 5 charge you can activate it. Synergy with level 4.
100
Demon Skin
Your Soul Leech absorption now passively recharges at a rate of 0.5% of maximum health every 1 seconds, and may now absorb up to 15% of maximum health.
Attack speed increase means more DPS, more self-heal, cdr. Also, reduction on CC is very useful for Illidan.
